All notarization fees are based on the California Government Code §8211. California notary code allows notaries to charge a maximum cap of $15 per each notarized signature and an additional travel fee, which must be disclosed separate from the notarization charges.

Public Request for Line Item - $0.30 per line item

Fees are based on location and number of signatures being notarized.
**Estimated services are quoted based on the information provided by the person requesting notary appointment.
**Upon arrival at the service address and evaluation of all the documents, the final price will be discussed and paid after services are completed.

Cancellation (4 hours or less before scheduled appointment time) - 100% of travel fee

Our inspection services encompass the provision of requested photos, accompanied by a detailed inspection report. It's important to note that our services do not extend to tasks requiring a licensed professional, such as roof damage assessments, frame inspections, etc. Please be aware that, despite our thorough efforts, we cannot guarantee the identification of all damages during a photo inspection. Transparency and clarity are fundamental to our commitment to delivering reliable and honest inspection services.
