What do I need to get my document notarized?
Valid Government Issued Photo Identification* (current or issued within 5 years)
Ensure that the name on the document matches the name on the identification.
Documents are completed in full in advance, no blanks.
DO NOT sign the document(s) prior to our meeting.
All signers understand documents, and have full capacity to say so.
All signers have reviewed documents, are willing, and ready to sign.
Travel Fee is to be made prior to appointment.
A table or flat, sturdy surface for us to sign & stamp.

What are acceptable forms of Identification?
Current government identification card (ID) that has been issued within the past five (5) years [Civil Code section 1185(b)(3) and (4)]. The ID must have a photograph, description and signature of the person, and an identifying number.
Examples of appropriate IDs:
-Driver's license or identification card issued by the California Department of Motor Vehicles
-U.S. Passport
-Foreign Passport
-Military ID card
-Consular card
-Tribal ID card
In the event that none of these forms of ID are available, two credible witnesses who fulfill all three of the following requirements must be with you at the time of our appointment.
-Personally know the signer
-Are not named in the document(s)
-Do not have a financial interest in the document(s)
**Both credible witnesses must have proper ID, as described above.
We take pride in our work, so if documents are not notarized correctly the first time, we will fix the situation as soon as possible free of charge.
Do you charge for cancellations?
Yes, 100% of the Travel Fee will be charged in the event of a refusal to sign, no-show, or cancellations.
