Welcome!

It is an honor to extend my services to the public and my local community. Born in Los Angeles and raised in Yuba City, California, my journey in the title insurance industry began as a recording document specialist for various title insurance companies where I received additional training as a field inspector for conducting inspections. Having witnessed inhouse office notaries conducting loan signings while working in the title insurance industry, I found my calling and was inspired to become a notary. 

In 2019, I took the Oath to serve as a Notary Public for the state of California. Compliant with California state requirements, I am bonded and carry $1,000,000 Errors & Omissions insurance policy, prioritizing the protection of both my clients and myself. I am proud to have been educated and certified by the National Notary Association and the Loan Signing System.  My certification as a Loan Signing Agent through The Loan Signing System reflects the extensive training I have received on loan documents. Additionally, I am also certified as a Mortgage Field Service Inspector through Mortgage Field Services.

In this profession, my primary objective is to meet the diverse needs of my clients. I remain dedicated to staying current and continually growing to enhance the quality of service I provide. With a foundation of knowledge, education, and experience, I deliver exceptional customer service as a business owner. My core values encompass efficiency, integrity, and professionalism. When I am not working, I enjoy camping, spending quality time with my husband and our children, and photography.
